From the very start of a project all the way through its lifecycle, they’ll will be with you every day to answer questions, run workshops and training sessions, or listen to your enhancement requests.Working closely with product management, they will also keep you up to date with the latest features coming out, but also keep you involved in the process, so you have a voice in the roadmap discussions.
